ELECTRONICS RECYCLING

 

Since August 1, 2007, the Eco-Depot Recycling Centre has been part of the Electronics Recycling Provincial Stewardship Program.

 

We accept the following electronics for recycling:

• Computer Monitors

 

Computers

 

• Computer Towers
• Laptops
• Keyboards and Mice
• Desktop Printers, Scanners and Fax Machines

 

Phones & Answering Machines

 

• Telephones (corded and cordless, satellite phones)
• Cell Phones
• Answering Machines

 

Audio & Video Systems

 

• Radios
• VHS / DVD Players
• Stereos / Home Theatre Systems
• Speakers / Amplifiers / Equalizers
• Satellite Receivers
• MP3 / CD / Cassette / Record Players
• Video Cameras / Camcorders
• Digital and non-digital cameras
• Digital Picture Frames
• Headphones

 

We will take any of the above items free-of-charge regardless of the age of the unit. We do not accept items that are severely damaged due to health and transportation concerns.

 

This is an end-of-life program. All of the items collected will be recycled in accordance with Provincial Electronics Recycling Standards.

 

Electronics can be dropped off during business hours only, Sunday to Saturday from 8 am to 5:30 pm.
